Hunter Trials Covid 19 procedures  

• Pre-entries online only accepted. See   www.annaharveyfarm.ie/events
• Entries will be limited. 
• Entries close midnight on Friday before the competition or when the event is over subscribed. 
• The cut off for refunds for withdrawals is 12 noon on the Friday before the competition. 
• Number and Times will be published 2pm Saturday before the event.
• Competitors should be ready to go at their allotted time.
• Operating under Govt and Horse sport Ireland  Covid Guidelines.O
• Only 1 Rider and groom per horse.  
• Masks must be worn indoors.
• 2m social distance must always be maintained.
• No DOGS
• Minimal amount of time spent onsite. Competitors must leave 45 min after finishing. 
• No spectators are permitted. 
• Results will be available online. No queries accepted after 5pm on the day of the competition. Once the scoring teams leaves the event the results cannot and will not be changed. We realise mistakes happen but is up to the rider to make sure that their result is correct. Do not be disappointed by bringing mistakes to our attention too late.
