Getting to Ireland ..Access to Ireland is served by both air and sea from the UK, mainland Europe and many cities around the world. No matter where in the world you are coming from, Ireland is always within easy access by air.

However if you are traveling through or from either Britain or France, then you also have a choice of traveling by ferry into Rosslare, Dublin / Dun Laoghaire, Belfast / Larne or Cork.

Getting to Annaharvey

Annaharvey Farm is situated in County Offaly, just 4 miles outside Tullamore town, on the main Tullamore to Portarlington road (R420), and just 3 mile from the village of Geashill.

It is ideally situated in the centre of Ireland with easy access from Dublin, Rosslare, Cork, Shannon, Galway, Sligo or Belfast.

Be Collected

For complete hassle free transfer to Annaharvey Farm you can be collected from your airport or ferry port by a driver. A local company known as Annaharvey Chauffeur Service provide transport to and from all airports and ferries. They can meet and greet you at the meeting point in the arrivals hall and take you and your luggage directly to Annaharvey Farm.

It costs €140 (one way) for a group of up to six to be collected or dropped at Dublin Airport .

By Bus:
Bus Eireann and City Link all provide very good value and comfortable coach links between Dublin Airport and Galway City with drop off points along the route. We can meet you at the bus stop in Kilbeggan on arrival.

City Link -Dublin airport to Kilbeggan usually costs about €12 standard single. It can be cheaper.

By rail:
Tullamore is on the Dublin-Galway and Dublin-Westport train routes. We can can collect you at the train station in Tullamore on arrival.

Alternatively, we can collect you at Portarlington train station if traveling on the Dublin - Cork rail link. Check the Irish Rail train timetables for details

By car:
A number of national routes are within a short distance from Annaharvey. From Dublin there is a choice of taking the Dublin-Galway motorway and branch off at Kilbeggan for Tullamore and on the Annaharvey, or take the motorway route from Dublin to Cork branching of for Monasterevin. Follow the signs to Tullamore, through Portarlington and Geashill to Annaharvey.  GPS coordinates : 53.252433,-7.398082

From Cork or Limerick, exit the motorway at Portlaoise, through Mountmellick to Tullamore.

Car Hire:
Ireland is served by a large number of car hire companies, hence rates can be very reasonable. Search for car hire firms at which ever access point you will be arriving at. For example, a Google search for car hire dublin airport will give a number of options.
