Fish Cakes.

White Breadcrumbs
Parsley
Fish
Potatoes Cooked
1 Tbsp Horseradish
1 Egg
Seasoning
Chopped Spring Onion
Milk and Flour

Cook the fish in milk and water mixture till white and flaky.
Mix breadcrumbs, seasoning, horse radish, chopped onion, parsley and add flaked fish and beaten egg.  Make into balls and flatten roll in flour and fry on the pan.  

Serve with lemons and tartar sauce – mayonnaise, with chopped chives, capers and parsley with a little lemon juice.
